What makes you, you?

Who I’ve become as a person has a lot to do with my experiences, where I’ve been, and what I’ve seen during my life.

Taking the time to travel, see new things, and learn more is so important. Traveling can introduce you to new people and cultures.

A quote I always think back to is “So much of who we are is where we have been.”

Having all this time off has made me reminisce a lot on my past travels and experiences. It has made me think about how much I’ve learned about myself from the people I’ve met and the places I’ve been.

I’m so grateful that I have been able to travel to different places throughout my life. So, I encourage you to travel, don’t spend your money on big luxurious items, spend it on new adventures, new beginnings, and new experiences.

Spend money on things that will enhance your knowledge on yourself and your life.

  2. The way the coronavirus spread was by traveling to different countries, do you think you’ll travel less after quarantine is over? Or do you plan on just traveling local?

  3. Traveling is an amazing experience and you learn so much from every place you visit. How do you feel about the prices of plane tickets recently? Personally, I feel teased. It’s about $ for a round trip to Hawaii. But, I’m not tryna die.

  4. I agree with traveling and investing in experiences rather than items! I find that those memories are much more meaningful in the end and leave me with stories to tell forever. I hope to travel more once I have time after I graduate. What are some places that you have been that you recommend others taking a trip to?

  5. I agree with you on spending on money on things to do rather than material items. Also, what’s a couple places you feel like you need to go during your life? Mine are Iceland to see the Northern Lights and Switzerland to see the Alps.

I myself inspire to travel a lot. I have traveled to a few a place but when I turn 21 this summer, I am looking forward to start traveling since I will be able to finally rent a hotel.

  7. I will be honest, this post made me think of my summer on Martha’s Vineyard a few years ago. Honestly, one of the few times I got out of my hometown for a long period of time. What’s been your longest trip?
